Chaos,
sorted.
Everything your club needs, in one place. Free, forever.
One place for registrations, subs, availability and messages. No more chasing people across three WhatsApp groups and a spreadsheet.

- and whatever your club plays
Teams, subs, registers and fixtures work the same whatever is being played. The drills library covers five sports and the practice app tracks them.

One app, every job
Replace the WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets.
Set your club up on the web, then run everything from one app that adapts to coaches, parents and players.
From the first sign-up to the last Saturday of the season, in one app.

One tap to take the register, and you know who is coming before you leave the house. In any weather, with cold hands.
3 roles.
One app, built around whoever has opened it.
- Admins Run the club
- Coaches Run the team
- Parents Know what is on
What it costs, and what you get.
One app, whoever opens it.
Club management for youth sport, on the web and in one app that adapts to admins, coaches, parents and players.
Set up your club
Add teams, age groups and your season in about five minutes, on the web.

Share one link
Parents tap it and add their own child. They do not type a thing you have already typed.

Run the season
Fixtures, attendance, subs and messages, from the phone in your pocket.

Use it however suits you.
The committee does the sit-down work in a browser. The coach takes the register on a phone at the side of a pitch. Same club, same evening.

For every parent you sign up
What your club is handing them.
No adverts, ever.
Other apps a parent installs for their child sell space in it to advertisers. This one has none, on any screen, and there is nothing for anyone to opt out of.
Nobody can delete a message.
Every message between a coach and a parent is kept and is visible to your club’s admins. Nobody in the club can erase one: hiding a message never removes the record behind it.
DBS on file, and flagged when it lapses.
Every coach’s DBS and coaching certificates are held against them with their expiry date, and the ones that have run out or are close to it are marked.
Consent sits with the child.
Photo permission, the code of conduct and medical notes are captured when a parent registers and stay on the child’s record, not in somebody’s inbox. Club administrators manage access to club records; our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled.
Frequently
asked questions
Is Vanta Sports really free?
Yes, completely free, forever. There are no monthly subscriptions, no per-player fees, no hidden costs and no premium tiers. Every feature is included: team management, scheduling, payments, messaging, attendance, and reports you can take to a committee meeting. Online payments carry Vanta platform fees and Stripe processing fees. Review your organisation’s rate before payment; the Terms of Service describe the standard platform fee.
What sports does it support?
Football, rugby, netball, hockey, basketball and cricket, and anything else organised into teams and fixtures. Nothing in the platform is football-specific, so it fits the way your club already runs.
How do parents and guardians join?
You share one link. A parent taps it, adds their own child and they are in. From there they see the schedule, RSVP to events, pay fees and hear from coaches, all from their phone. Nobody has to type in what you have already typed.
Can I import existing data from our current system?
Yes. You can import player rosters, contact details and team structures. We pull fixtures automatically from Spawtz. If your league is somewhere else, tell us and we will look at it.
Is our club data secure?
Access is restricted by club and role. We use service providers to operate the platform, and our privacy policy explains how club data is handled. Optional website measurement stays off until you choose it in Cookie choices.
Does Vanta help with safeguarding and DBS?
Yes. Vanta holds DBS and coaching certificates against each coach and shows which are lapsed or close to it, captures the consents you need, lets you log incidents, and keeps a non-deletable, admin-visible message trail. It is built for UK youth sport specifically.
Do coaches need a separate app?
No. Coaching is built into the same app admins and parents use. Coaches manage squads, take attendance, poll availability, build fair-play line-ups and message parents from one place. There is no second app to download.
