Collecting money

Stop chasing subs in WhatsApp and bank transfers.

Set up membership plans, match fees and one-off charges, collect through Stripe, and let the reminders do the chasing while you look at one screen that says who has paid.

The problem

Collecting money is a second job.

Most clubs still do it with nudges in a chat, bank transfers and a spreadsheet. This replaces all three, and it is free.

  • Chasing subs across a group chatReminders go out on their own, in the club’s name
  • Matching bank transfers to children by handA Stripe payment already attached to the right child
  • A spreadsheet nobody quite trustsWho has paid, on one screen, now
  • Guessing what the club is owedA figure you can take to the committee

How it works.

From the first membership plan to the money landing in the club account.

Step 1

Set the fees

Membership plans, one-off charges and match fees, assigned in bulk across teams and groups.

Step 2

Parents pay

Through Stripe, from the phone in their pocket or any browser. Their card details never reach us.

Step 3

Reminders do the chasing

Overdue members are nudged across every fee type, and anyone who was never put on a plan is flagged.

Step 4

Watch it land

Who has paid, what is outstanding and what the club is owed, export-ready for the next meeting.

For whoever does the money

Built for the treasurer.

Usually the same person who runs a team, doing this after work.

The member list on the web, showing every player and their status

Every member, their team and their status, on a screen big enough to work on.

Subs and match fees

Membership plans, one-off charges and match fees, assigned in bulk and collected through Stripe.

Reminders that go out on their own

Overdue members are nudged across every fee type, in the club’s name, with a link and no guilt.

Who has paid

On one screen, now. Including anyone who was never put on a plan in the first place.

Money reporting

Squad numbers, attendance and expected income, export-ready for the committee.

What the parent gets

It arrives in the club’s name.

Collecting subs,
answered

How do I collect subs online for my club?

Set your club up, create membership plans, one-off charges or match fees, and assign them to members in bulk. Parents pay through Stripe from their phone or any browser, and you see who has paid on one screen.

What kinds of payment can I collect?

Membership plans, one-off charges and match fees. You can assign them in bulk across teams and groups, and reminders chase overdue members across every fee type.

How much does it cost to collect payments?

The platform itself is free. Payment processing uses Stripe with standard transaction fees when you choose to collect fees online, and sensitive card details never touch our servers.

How do parents pay?

They tap the link in the reminder and pay. The message goes out in the club’s name, names the child and the amount, and carries one link. Payments work in any browser as well as in the app.

What happens if a family cannot pay this month?

The reminder invites them to reply to the club rather than dead-ending on a payment screen, and there is no public list of who has not paid. How the club handles it is the club’s call, not ours.

Can I see who has paid?

Yes. Who has paid, who is overdue, and who was never put on a plan, in one place, so nothing slips.

Is Vanta Sports really free?

Yes, completely free, forever. There are no monthly subscriptions, no per-player fees, no hidden costs and no premium tiers. Every feature is included: team management, scheduling, payments, messaging, attendance, and reports you can take to a committee meeting. Payment processing uses Stripe with standard transaction fees when you choose to collect fees online.
