How do I join?
Your club sends you a link. Tap it, add your child and your own details, and you are in. There is nothing to search for and no club to pick from a list, because the link already carries the team.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. The app is free for parents. The only money that moves is the subs and match fees your own club charges, and you pay those through the app if the club has set that up.
I have children in two different teams.
One account covers all of them. Every schedule, every set of fees and every coach appears together, and you answer for each child from the same screen.
Who can see my child’s medical details?
The admins and coaches at your club, and nobody outside it. That is deliberate: if your child needs an inhaler at an away match, the adult standing there has to know without ringing anyone. You write them, you can change them whenever you like, and they are never shown to another parent.
Are there adverts in the app?
No, and there never will be. Other apps parents install for their children serve third-party advertising. We do not, so there is nothing to opt out of.
What if I do not want to use an app?
Everything works in a phone browser as well. The app is faster and gives you the reminders, but nothing is app-only.
