Vanta Sports

Completely free, forever. No monthly subscriptions, no per-player fees, no hidden costs, and no premium tiers. Payment processing uses Stripe with standard transaction fees when you choose to collect fees online.
Spond
As of July 2026, per Spond's published payment costs, the Spond app is free to use and Spond states it makes money when clubs process payments through the platform. UK payments carry a transaction fee of 2.5% + 20p.
