Is it really free to set a club up?
Yes. You can set up your club, add teams, invite members and start scheduling for free, with no card. Payment processing uses Stripe with standard transaction fees when you choose to collect fees online.
Do coaches and parents need a separate app?
No, and that is the point. Admins, coaches and parents all use one app that shows each person the part that is theirs. There is nothing extra to download or explain.
Can I run everything from my phone?
Yes. Creating and archiving teams, collecting subs, approving new members, managing staff and roles, building line-ups and messaging parents all work on mobile, and on the web when you want a bigger screen.
Can we move over from Spond, TeamSnap or Pitchero?
Yes. Most clubs are up and running in an evening. Get in touch and we will help you bring your teams, members and fixtures across.
How do you handle safeguarding and DBS?
Vanta holds DBS and coaching certificates against each coach and shows which are lapsed or close to it, captures the consents you need, lets you log incidents, and keeps an undeletable, admin-visible record of every message. It is built for UK youth sport specifically.
Is our club data safe?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and handled under UK GDPR, with your club as the data controller. Payments are processed by Stripe, so card details never reach our servers.
