1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Vanta Sports Player App ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use this App.

2. Description of the App

The Vanta Sports Player App allows basketball and netball players to track their shooting practice, monitor progress over time, and optionally connect with coaches. The App includes Apple Watch integration for convenient shot logging during practice sessions.

3. Account and Data

You may use the App without creating an account for basic functionality. To sync data across devices or connect with coaches, you'll need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Take responsibility for activity on your account

4. Coach Connections

You may choose to connect with coaches who use the Vanta Sports Coach App. When you accept a coach connection, they will be able to view your practice data and progress. You can disconnect from a coach at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others
• Submit false or misleading data

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content are owned by Vanta Sports. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will be free from errors. Practice statistics are for informational purposes only.
