Bobsleigh formations and positions.
Bobsleigh is raced by crews of two or four on an artificially iced track with banked curves. A competition is run in heats, four at the Olympic Winter Games and World Championships and two elsewhere, and each crew pushes off from a standing start. The result is the aggregate time across all runs, measured to a hundredth of a second. IBSF International Rules apply.
