Gaelic football formations and positions.

Gaelic football is played fifteen a side on a pitch of about 145 by 90 metres with H-shaped goals at each end. A match is two halves of 35 minutes at senior inter-county level and 30 minutes in other grades. A goal under the crossbar is worth three points and a shot over it is worth one, with the score recorded as goals and points. The GAA Official Guide playing rules apply.
