Netball formations and positions.
Netball is played seven a side on a court of 30.5 by 15.25 metres divided into thirds, with each position restricted to set areas. A match is four quarters of 15 minutes. A goal, worth one, is scored when the ball passes through the ring from inside the goal circle, and only the goal shooter and goal attack may shoot. World Netball rules apply, administered in England by England Netball.
