Lacrosse formations and positions.
Field lacrosse is played ten a side in the men's game on a field of 100 by 60 metres, with the goal set 12 metres in from each end line inside a circular crease. A match is four quarters of 15 minutes. A goal is scored when the ball passes fully through the goal from a stick, and no attacker may enter the crease. World Lacrosse rules apply, administered in England by England Lacrosse.

Box lacrosse: 4 quarters of 15 minutes, 6 on the field per side, up to 20 in a matchday squad, rolling substitutes, on a 60.96 m by 25.91 m pitch.

Sixes formations (1).
Sixes: 4 quarters of 8 minutes, 6 on the field per side, up to 12 in a matchday squad, rolling substitutes, on a 70 m by 36 m pitch.
